Roles:

• Involved in developing software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle.
• Translates application requirements and use cases into functional applications
• Designs, builds, and maintains efficient, reusable, and reliable applications.
• Ensures the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications. Obtains a highly detailed understanding of the applications for which the role is responsible.
• Acts as technical expert on these applications when interfacing with other teams, both internal and external, and senior management.
• Provides technical expertise at the highest-level including training/leadership/guidance to other application or infrastructure architecture staff, ensuring secure coding and robust architecture guidelines are met.
• Works closely with architects and other enterprise stakeholders to ensure solution alignment with best enterprise practices.
• Develops technical specifications for application development initiatives and technology changes and migrations.

Educational Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor's degree in one of the aforementioned subjects
